POSITION SUMMARY As part of our Beyond the Restaurant Team you will be the face of Mercury Blvd Chick-fil-A representing yourself and Chick-fil-A Mercury with enthusiasm and great hospitality while preparing and serving from our food truck!

 Wages $17.25hrly

Shifts

3am-7:30am and/or 9am-1pm

We are currently looking for Beyond the Restaurant personnel to deliver, sell & serve Chick-fil-A at Off-site locations to include Newport News Shipyard. This person would:

  • Prepare & serve all orders in a safe and timely manner.
  • Double check accuracy of the order before loading orders to serve.
  • Strategically load and deliver orders for maximum efficiency and timeliness.
  • Unload product and arrange food/drinks in an appealing manner.
  • Provide friendly guest service and the highest level of hospitality.
  • Maintain accurate sale logs.
  • Strategically load and deliver orders for maximum efficiency and timeliness.

Requirements:

  • Age 20yrs or older
  • Valid driver's license (must always keep on person)
  • No DWI/DUI in the past 5 years
  • Must pass background check. 
  • Must be able to prove 7 years of work experience or a mix of 7 years’ work experience and school.
  • Keep vehicles Clean. 
  • Able to lift 30+ pounds.

Applicants must be able to:

  • Work Quickly and Efficiently 
  • Follow food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines

  • Stand for 5-8 hours daily. 
  • Must be Quick and Diligent
  • Must follow restaurant safety and duty procedures. 
  • Must maintain and keep the vans, trailers, and canteens clean and orderly. 
  • Must perform other duties as assigned.
